1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and prk99 (hereinafter "prk99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting information platform accessible at https://prk99.cam (hereinafter the "Platform", "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing wagers or using any service offered by prk99, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

prk99 is an English-language platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. We do not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. We do not represent that online gambling is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using this Platform.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on prk99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a business, partnership or corporation.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from prk99 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder at the time of registration.
• Your participation in real-money gambling is lawful under the laws of your country, state or province of residence. prk99 makes no representation that its Services are legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are the legitimate owner, or are duly authorised to use, the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.

4 Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. prk99 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including delays in processing withdrawals caused by name mismatches between your Account and your payment method.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify prk99 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. prk99 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

prk99 conducts identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where relevant, documentation evidencing the source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in restriction of withdrawal functionality.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform may be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any systematic or commercial exploitation of the Platform — including data scraping, odds harvesting, arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit, or resale of account access — is expressly prohibited.

5.2 Platform Availability

prk99 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect availability. prk99 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps were taken to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

5.3 Wager Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by prk99. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or void any wager where: (a) a technical error has occurred in odds publication; (b) the wager exceeds applicable stake limits; (c) the underlying event has already commenced at the time of placement; or (d) the wager is placed in violation of these Terms.

5.4 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live-dealer games, by physical dealing under observed studio conditions. Game outcomes are final once the round is concluded. prk99 does not intervene in game mechanics post-round except where a demonstrable technical malfunction is confirmed.

5.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects a game round or bet, prk99 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return stakes to the User's Account. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories. prk99 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted in PKR via payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. prk99 references familiar Pakistan payment context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, availability of any specific method is subject to change without notice. None of the foregoing payment providers endorse or support gambling transactions on this Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account period, as published in the cashier. prk99 does not accept cash, cheques or deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier. prk99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly where account activity patterns indicate potential misuse.

Processing times are estimates only and are subject to the operational procedures of the selected payment method. prk99 does not guarantee specific processing windows and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or local regulatory restrictions.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

prk99 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to transaction monitoring. prk99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Funds suspected of deriving from unlawful activity may be frozen pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available through prk99 are governed by specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and time limits are specified in individual bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally — for example, live-dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

prk99 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk; multi-accounting; collusion; and use of automated software. Where abuse is confirmed, prk99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus play and permanently close the Account.

7.4 Promotional Changes

prk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to an Account in good faith will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit, unless abuse has been identified.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the prk99 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and recovery of funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, identity documents or payment details at any stage.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through associates, for any purpose.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live-dealer games or poker formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in lieu of a human user.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or malfunctions to gain profit. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to cycle funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Threats and Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening or harassing communications toward prk99 staff or other users.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under the minimum age threshold.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between markets or platforms in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the prk99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data structures and design elements — is the proprietary property of prk99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction of Platform content; modification or creation of derivative works; public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform materials; or reverse engineering of any software component.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even where prk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

prk99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

prk99 provides no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, or that game outcomes will be favourable. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge this risk and accept it voluntarily.

11 Responsible Gambling

prk99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of users engage with gambling as entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a specified session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of session duration and net play results.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block your account for a minimum period, during which login will be prevented and marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by prk99

prk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account holder is found to be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed; (d) fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity is suspected; or (e) continuation of the Account relationship is considered contrary to the interests of the Platform or its users.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all Bonus Funds in your Account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding dispute. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13 Amendments to Terms

prk99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and submit an Account closure request. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data submitted through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

prk99 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prk99 holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. In the absence of a specific designation, the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction shall apply.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact prk99 support in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's licence framework.

Nothing in this clause restricts your right to pursue remedies available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such laws apply notwithstanding this governing-law provision.
